November - Mac and Cheese

  1. My changes were a little more extensive than that... in fact here's a rewritten recipe for you based on what I had and a bit off of another recipe I like better :D

    24 oz. macaroni
    1 ½ sticks butter
    2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
    2 cups whole milk
    4 eggs
    4 cups shredded cheddar
    4 cups shredded Colby jack

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350
    Cook noodles and drain
    Mix above ingredients and reserve half of cheddar cheese
    Grease 9x13 pan and pour in mixture
    Use remaining cheese to cover top
    Bake until the top is brown and bubbly (about 30 minutes)
