3-4 pounds Chicken
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon
1 1/2 cup white wine
1 large (26 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar button mushrooms
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
2. Brown chicken in oil. During last minute, add chopped garlic until it begins to brown.
3. Combine all ingredients in large crock pot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
4. Serve over rice
